I can't see the support chat bubble?
The bubble is hidden on a few pages and can be dragged anywhere. Feedback in your account menu opens the same chat.
The support chat bubble is hidden on purpose on a few builder, import and record detail pages so it does not cover important controls. It may also be somewhere you didn't expect: you can drag the bubble anywhere on screen, and it remembers where you left it.
Quick fix
- Use Feedback in your account menu (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar). It opens the same support chat from any page.
- Move to a main app page such as Dashboard, CRM, or Cold Email Agent and check every edge of the window for the bubble.
If it's still not there
If neither the bubble nor Feedback appears, the support chat is not available for your workspace or your role (clients don't see it). Ask your workspace owner or admin for help.
