The Hiring Portal is a directory of AI Implementation Specialists you can hire to help deliver your AI projects.
You browse profile cards, search by name, company, skill, or description, and reach out using the contact buttons each specialist provides.
Hiring, contracts, and payments happen directly between you and the specialist, outside Acquisity.
How to open the Hiring Portal
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Resources in the menu that opens.
- Click the Hiring Portal card.
- You will see a grid of specialist profile cards.
Searching for a specialist
- Type into the Search specialists... box at the top right of the page.
- Results filter as you type. The search matches a specialist's name, company, specialization tags, and description.
- Clear the box to see everyone again.
Tip
Start with a short, broad term like "automation" or "outreach". You can always narrow it down from there.
What each profile card shows
- Photo and name
- Company - clickable if they have a website
- Years in business - shown in brackets next to the company name, when provided
- Specialization tags - up to 5 are shown. If they have more, a +N more badge tells you how many.
- Description - a short summary of their services. Long descriptions are cut off; click Show more to read the full text and Show less to collapse it.
Buttons on each card
Below the description:

At the bottom of the card:

| Book a Call | Opens their booking page, such as Calendly, in a new tab (only if provided) |
Every card has Email and LinkedIn. The other buttons only appear when the specialist supplied that link.
Applying to be listed
If you are an AI specialist and want your profile shown here:
- Scroll to the end of the specialist grid.
- Find the card that says Want to be listed here?
- Click Apply Now. An application form opens in a new tab.
- Fill out the form and submit it. The card says you will hear back within 24 hours.
Profiles are added to the grid by the Acquisity team after review. There is no way to edit a listing yourself in the app. To change anything on your profile, contact support using Feedback in your account menu (click your name at the bottom of the sidebar), or the chat bubble if it is visible.
