Why can’t I add campaign leads when I still have credits?
Understand campaign-lead storage, sourcing credits, and your options when a workspace is full.
Campaign-lead storage and sourcing credits are separate. Having credits available does not create more room in your campaigns.
| Limit | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Sourcing credits | The verified leads AI Lead Search / Acquisity Lead Database can find for you |
| Campaign-lead storage | The leads stored across your workspace’s campaigns |
Growth costs $99/month, includes no sourcing credits, and stores up to 5,000 campaign leads. You can buy sourcing credits separately. Pro includes 10,000 one-time credits and room for 25,000 campaign leads. Your workspace capacity display shows the capacity currently available to your account.
When the warning appears
On Growth, a warning appears at 4,000 stored campaign leads (80%). At 5,000, adding or importing more leads is blocked until there is room. This includes leads added from CSV, the lead database, or a CRM.
Existing campaigns can still send. You can still view leads, read replies, export data, and delete leads. The storage limit does not use up your sourcing credits or automatically delete anything.
Make room
- Open a campaign with leads you no longer need.
- Go to the Leads tab.
- Click Export CSV if you want to keep a copy.
- Delete the leads you no longer need, or use Delete All if the campaign can be cleared.
- Wait for the workspace count to refresh, then retry adding leads.
Deletion can take a little time to appear in the capacity count. Deleting campaign leads does not delete the campaign itself, and its analytics remain available. Acquisity never deletes old leads automatically to make room.
Review a plan change
Workspace owners can open Settings → Billing → View plans. Owners and admins can also use View plans in a campaign-lead warning. Members can use Compare plans in that warning to see the options; an owner or admin makes the change. Full Billing access remains with the workspace owner. Client users cannot change the plan.
Your current plan is marked Current plan. To move to a higher plan, click Upgrade to Growth or Upgrade to Pro. Review the confirmation before continuing. From Base, Continue to checkout opens the payment page. From Growth, the confirmation shows the amount due today before you pay and upgrade. Opening the plans page does not start a purchase.
To move to a lower plan, click Downgrade to Base or Downgrade to Growth. The confirmation shows the new price and the date it starts. Downgrades start at your next renewal, so you keep your current plan until then. No leads are deleted automatically. If you will be over Growth’s 5,000-lead limit, you’ll need to make room before adding more leads.
While a downgrade is scheduled, the plans view shows the date your plan changes (owners also see it in Settings → Billing). You can reverse it any time before then: an owner or admin can choose Keep my current plan in the plans view, and owners can also do it from the Billing page. Your plan then renews as normal. If Pro to Growth is scheduled and you'd rather cancel, Cancel Subscription removes the scheduled Growth plan and ends Pro at your renewal date, so nothing new is billed.
Choose Keep my plan to close a confirmation without making a change. Use Back at the top left of the plans page to return to where you started.
If a payment is still being checked, Growth access and the 5,000-lead limit remain until the upgrade and current Pro plan are confirmed. Use Check plan status to refresh, or Resume payment when a saved payment link is available. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm an upgrade. Do not start another payment while an attempt is unresolved.
If the upgrade needs a support check, share the reference shown in the selector with support. If new upgrades are temporarily unavailable, existing payments can still be checked.
