Client Portal

A read-only home for external clients that shows campaign results and an AI Account Manager chat, without exposing the rest of your workspace.

The Client Portal is what a person with the Client role sees when they sign in to your workspace. It is built for agencies and partners who want a client to follow results without giving them the tools, settings, or credits behind those results.

Clients cannot create or change anything in your workspace. If a client tries to open a page they are not allowed to see, they are sent back to the Client Portal.

Who it is for

Give the Client role to people outside your team who need visibility, not control: the business you run campaigns for, a stakeholder who wants numbers, or anyone who should never touch settings or billing.

Owners, admins, and members keep the normal sidebar. Clients get a reduced sidebar with Client Portal at the top, plus the few pages listed under What a client can open.

What a client sees on sign-in

The portal opens with a greeting ("Good morning, Sam") and the line Here's your business performance overview, followed by:

  1. Performance stats for the last 30 days, each compared with the previous month.
  2. The AI Account Manager chat.
  3. Two help cards: What I Can Help With and Sample Questions.

The stats

Eight cards show cold email results for the workspace over the last 30 days. Each card shows the current value and the change from last month, with a green up arrow or red down arrow.

CardWhat it counts
Cash CollectedRevenue from won CRM deals closed in the period
Contacted LeadsLeads newly contacted by active campaigns
Positive RepliesInterested replies from active campaigns
Booked CallsMeeting-booked events recorded for active campaigns
Positive Reply RatePositive Replies divided by Contacted Leads
Booked Call RateBooked Calls divided by Positive Replies
Sales Calls TakenSales calls completed in the period
Close RateThe percentage of sales calls that turned into closed deals

These are the same numbers your team sees on the Dashboard for the cold email channel. If the cards show Failed to load dashboard data, click Retry.

The AI Account Manager

The chat is the client's way to ask about their account in plain language. The placeholder reads Ask me about your projects, results, or strategic recommendations....

The AI answers using the workspace's data, and the help card lists what it covers:

  • Project Status Updates: progress and milestones.
  • Results & Next Steps: outcomes and recommended actions.
  • Strategic Consultation: advice on marketing, sales, and growth.

Sample questions shown next to the chat: What's the current status of my project?, What results have we achieved so far?, What are the recommended next steps?, and Can you provide marketing strategy advice?

Conversations are saved. New Chat starts a fresh conversation, and the history button reopens an earlier one.
