How do I manually mark a call as booked?
If a prospect booked outside the AI SDR, set the thread's status to Meeting Booked yourself.
Change the thread's status to Meeting Booked. The status control sits at the top of every thread in the AI SDR inbox.
- Open the thread in the AI SDR inbox.
- In the bar above the conversation, click the status button. It shows the current status, like Replied or Slots Sent.
- Choose Meeting Booked.
Older threads show three buttons instead. Click Meeting Booked.
What changes
When you set Meeting Booked from the status button:
- Any scheduled follow-up for this thread is cancelled.
- If the campaign is linked to an active CRM pipeline, the contact and deal update in the CRM. That can take a few minutes to show. Without an active pipeline, the CRM isn't updated.
- A deal already at a later stage keeps it, and so does a deal whose pipeline has no matching stage.
Marking a thread as booked doesn't create a calendar event. Add the meeting to your calendar yourself.
