How do I sign out of Acquisity?
Steps to sign out of Acquisity.
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open your account menu, then click Log out.
That ends the session in the current browser.
The account menu
Clicking your name opens a dropdown with:
- Feedback. Opens support chat. Clients don't see this item.
- Resources. Opens the standalone tools. Clients don't see this item, and it is hidden when no Resources tools are enabled.
- Toggle theme. Switches between light and dark mode.
- Edit sidebar. Opens sidebar customization. Clients don't see this item.
- Log out. Ends the session in this browser.
What signing out does and doesn't do
| Does | Doesn't |
|---|---|
| Ends your session in this browser | Sign you out on your phone, other browsers, or other devices |
| Clears your login cookie | Cancel your subscription or pause billing |
| Requires you to log in again next time | Affect any active campaigns — they keep sending |
| Keeps your workspace, CRM, and data untouched | Disconnect Google Calendar, Zoom, or other connected services |
If you want to sign out everywhere
There isn't a single "sign out of all devices" button today. To be sure no lingering session is active on a device you don't have access to:
- Sign out of every browser where you've logged in.
- Change your password (sign-in page → Forgot password). Existing sessions elsewhere stay valid until their cookie expires, so changing the password doesn't force an immediate sign-out on other devices — but the next action that requires re-authentication on those devices will fail.
- If you need to force everyone off an account, contact support.
Don't confuse sign-out with delete-account
Signing out is a session action. To stop paying, cancel the subscription. See the Billing & Subscriptions FAQ. Deleting a workspace isn't available at this time.
