Can I connect Acquisity to Claude, Zapier, Slack, or GoHighLevel?
Whether you can connect Acquisity to Claude, Zapier, Slack, or GoHighLevel, plus the safest next step.
Acquisity offers public REST APIs and MCP connections for CRM records and the Cold Email Agent:
- The CRM API reference covers people, companies, deals, meetings, and other CRM records.
- The public API connects software and automations to cold email campaigns, leads, results, and webhooks.
- MCP connects supported AI assistants, including Claude, Codex, and Cursor, to Cold Email Agent tools and supported CRM records, within connection permissions.
These connections are not the same as a native integration. The following limits still apply:
- Claude, ChatGPT, or other third-party AI models - you can't replace the built-in models used by the AI SDR, AI Consultant, or Cold Email Writer. MCP is a separate way for a supported assistant to work with Cold Email Agent data and supported CRM records.
- Zapier - there is no native Acquisity app. A developer can call the Cold Email API from an automation step that supports authenticated HTTP requests.
- Slack - there is no general native notification connection. Cold Email API webhooks can be used as part of a custom developer-built notification flow.
- GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive - there is no native CRM sync. A developer can use the CRM REST API to build a custom connection; MCP also lets supported assistants work with CRM records within their connection permissions.
What's actually available
| Type of bridge | Status |
|---|---|
| Cold Email API | Live for campaigns, leads, results, and webhooks. Make your first request. |
| Acquisity CRM REST API | Live for CRM records through personal access tokens in workspaces with Public API access. Organization API keys can access CRM routes in every workspace, subject to credential scopes and workspace access checks. CRM Payments requires its separate workspace rollout and payment scopes. Browse the API reference. |
| MCP | Live for Cold Email Agent and supported CRM records within connection permissions, using the assistants covered by the MCP setup guides. |
| Native Zapier, Slack, or GHL integration | Not available today. |
| CSV export | Self-serve on CRM People, Companies, Deals, and Appointments - click Export. |
| CSV import | Available in CRM (People/Companies/Deals) and Cold Email Agent campaigns. |
| Google or Outlook calendar sync | Live - connect in Settings → Email & Calendar. |
For Claude web, Desktop, Cowork, Claude Code and Codex, add https://api.acquisity.ai/mcp and sign in to Acquisity. You choose one workspace or all your workspaces, and either Read-only or Full access, during approval; no API key is required. Clients without sign-in support can use a manually created API key instead.
Workarounds for common needs
| What you want | How to do it today |
|---|---|
| Push booked meetings into your main CRM | Use the CRM meetings API in a custom integration, or export from CRM → Appointments or your connected calendar for a manual transfer. There is no native push to another CRM. |
| Get a Slack ping when a deal closes | There is no native Slack notification for CRM deals. A developer can check deal state through the CRM API and build a Slack notification. |
| Use your own AI model | You can't swap Acquisity's built-in models. You can connect a supported external assistant to Cold Email Agent and supported CRM records through MCP. |
| Automate cold email work across tools | Use the Cold Email API and its webhooks. Check the CRM API reference for supported CRM operations. |
